Naresh Bangia, President
Naresh Bangia is the President and founder of AJB Software Design Inc. Naresh started AJB in 1994 after two years of developing the RTS switch technology. Prior to establishing AJB Naresh co-founded Connecting Solutions, a software consulting and development services company specializing in retail. Naresh is a retail industry veteran and visionary. In the past fifteen years, Naresh architected a number of the innovative solutions used by North America’s best retailers. Naresh holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Engineering) from University of Toronto.
Paul Millett, Director of Product Delivery
Paul Millett is the Director of Product Delivery at AJB Software Design Inc. Paul is responsible for AJB's new product development as well as existing product enhancement functions including software development, quality assurance, technical communications & project management. Prior to joining AJB Paul held leadership level positions at Canadian Tire, Molson Breweries Ltd. and other large retail & manufacturing companies thoughout Canada. Paul has aquired the MCSD - Microsoft Certified Solution Developer designation.
Pat Polillo, Director Technical Services
Pat Polillo joined AJB Software in 1998, as the organization was establishing its place in the retail payment industry. Pat brings more than 20 years of technical and business experience to the Director of Technical Services position. Mr. Pat Polillo is a retail industry expert who is responsible for AJB’s technical functions including implementation, quick response, support and information technology services. Prior to his appointment at AJB, Pat worked in the extended retail industry gaining extensive POS system and retail software knowledge.
Aleem Ulla, Director of Business Development
Aleem Ulla is the Director of Business Development at AJB Software Design Inc. Aleem is responsible for AJB's sales and marketing functions including strategy and implementation of marketing activities, corporate communication, partnerships, and customer acquisition. Prior to joining AJB, Aleem held senior level positions at Bell Mobility and other Toronto area high technology companies. Aleem holds an MBA, MA in Economics and a CFA designation.
