Unique Customer Problem

• A customer approached AJB requiring a payment gateway that was to support multiple authorizers
• The customer also requested a means to facilitate SSL connectivity between stores and the central payment switch
• To solve this problem the customer needed a solution platform that would support their requirements and allow for server redundancy

AJB’s Solution

• The core of the solution includes the Retail Transaction Switch (RTS) with over 55 supported, developed and implemented links, creating a wide platform allowing the customer to choose the specific links meeting their business criteria
• AJB implemented a dual RTS environment in the primary location as well as secondary location hot stand by further complimenting the scalability of the over all solution, a test system was implemented to handle all migrations and testing
• To secure the overall payment solution the RTS was updated to handle Secured Socket Layer (SSL) connectivity
• AJB was able to guide the customer in developing their in-house Point-of-Sale (POS) to communicate using the standard AJB message format request
• As the customer proceeded with implementing new and additional links, due to the modular design, the system is able to accommodate with a wide array of bank modules
• AJB worked directly with this merchant to bring the system online, and expand as the business requirements dictated to increase the number of certified links needed
