• A customer approached AJB requiring an innovative settlement and reconciliation system
• The customer also requested that the transaction switch interface to their central switch for processing while continuing to provide links to each financial processor
• To solve this problem the customer needed a solution to be cost effective, delivered quickly and easily fulfilling every requirement

AJB’s Solution

• AJB implemented the payment module for real-time authorization as well as settlement and reconciliation modules for daily sales files
• The AJB Settlement module provides this merchant the capability of the “Settlement Adjustment” feature to view, adjust and correct financial transactions which have been incorrectly posted with the financial institution. It is a simple and effective way of clearing up transaction discrepancies
• Primary and Secondary RTS servers were implemented to provide the necessary authorization redundancy
• This merchant was provided with a customized solution that successfully fulfilled the project’s objectives
• AJB worked directly with this merchant to provide an optimal software solution that exceeded all of their needs
