Naresh Bangia, President 

Naresh is the President and founder of AJB Software Design Inc.. Prior to establishing AJB, he co-founded Connecting Solutions, a software solutions company specializing in the retail market. An industry leader and visionary over the past fifteen years, Naresh has architected a number of the innovative solutions used by North America's most influential retailers and continues to work alongside his development team to provide guidance in the evolution of integrated retail payment tools and solutions in the global retail marketplace. Naresh has been a recipient of numerous industry accolades and awards and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Engineering from the University of Toronto. 

Pat Polillo, Vice President, Sales & Support 

Pat Polillo joined AJB Software in 1998, as the organization was just beginning to establish its presence in the payment processing space. Initially focused on building the AJB support structure, Pat has over the subsequent years been involved with all facets of the business including sales, delivery, partner relationships, and strategic planning. With detailed knowledge of the Retail POS business forged from 14 years working with a major POS vendor, Pat has a solid understanding of the retail business processes including authorization, transaction processing, data collection, and point of sale software. 

 Vijay Sachdeva, Vice President, Solutions Delivery 

Vijay is an IT industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in solutions development and delivery; project management; and client, user and vendor management.  He has held progressive management positions with blue chip organizations including IBM, NCR, Interac Association and Royal Bank. Prior to joining AJB Software Design Inc., Vijay provided management to clients engaged in transaction processing, and smart card applications in the retail and financial industries,  focusing in the areas of Chip & PIN Conversions, and Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) compliance. Vijay holds a M.Sc. degree in Solid State Physics from St. Francis Xavier University, Antigonish, Nova Scotia.  

Tamara Miller, Director, Finance & HR 

Tamara joined AJB Software in 2004 as Manager of Human Resources. With 15 years of corporate business experience Tamara’s role quickly expanded to Director of Administration and Finance with responsibility over all facets of human resources, administration and finance. Prior to joining AJB Software Design Inc., Tamara held senior level management and consulting positions in both the High Tech and Biotechnology industries.  Tamara holds a Diploma in Human Resources from Sheridan College Designation of Compensation (CCP) from WW and the Professional Recruiter designation from IPM . 

Bohdan brings over 10 years of international private and public sector experience in financial processing including project management, new product development and business development.  Working closely with the AJB Account team, Bohdan integrates with external and internal stakeholders to develop strategic business relationships, product enhancements, and new product concepts.  Bohdan holds an M. B.A. from The Ivey School of Business and a B.A. from York University.
